WMF WARRANTY SERVICING
To give you peace of mind
1. WHAT IS WARRANTY ?
We, RICMAS promise every WMF machine customer to rectify any problem with your machine during warranty, which is deemed to have been with the machine already upon purchase, for a period of 12 months upon purchase.
All Warranty works is executed on site and includes labor as well as parts free of charge.
Warranty works on a machine does not reset or prolong the original Warranty.
2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ?
Any problem arising from operation which was not with the machine already when it was purchased or any of the below mentioned points are not covered under Warranty and service charges will apply for rectification.
All above mention points will not be rectified under Warranty. Service charges will apply.
3. WMF ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
Should any Accessory fail during warranty periode, our technical department shall then decide to repair or exchange the Appliance. The customer has no right to request for an exchange.
If damages are obviously due to mishandling or not following the instruction manual, no Warranty shall apply. Any Warranty works on an Accessory does not reset or prolong the original Warranty.
