JURA INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY SERVICING
We, RICMAS promise every JURA Machine Customer who purchased a JURA Machine from an authorized JURA Dealer outside of Singapore to rectify any problem with your machine which is deemed to have been with the machine already upon purchase, within the stipulated Warranty period as stated on the seller's Warranty Card or purchase Invoice. If nothing is mentioned about Warranty, we shall apply the JURA standard Warranty Period. This document has to be presented to us prior to servicing.
Warranty works on a machine does not reset or prolong the original Warranty.
CONDITIONS TO CLAIM INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
In order to claim International Warranty, please observe the following base conditions:
- Conditions as stated under local WARRANTY do apply.
- The Machine must be a 230V 50 Hz Version. We do not undertake repair of 100 / 120V Machines.
- The Machine must be purchased from an authorized JURA Dealer.
- You must provide us with proof of purchase by means of an Invoice clearly stating the sellers name and the purchase date.
- If the Machine was purchased at special conditions, like extended Warranty, please provide written proof for such arrangements.
- The Customer must bring / collect the Machine to / from our Hospitality Center for such repairs.
JURA ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
If any electrically operated Accessory Item fails within 12 months of purchase, we shall repair or exchange it free of charge. You must provide us with proof of purchase by means of an Invoice clearly stating the sellers name and the purchase date. If the 12 Months of Warranty have expired, we shall offer you a replacemnt at a special price.
REPAIR OF INTERNATIONALLY PURCHASED MACHINES
If the Warranty of your machine has expired or for whatever reason does not apply, we shall repair the Machine as stated under "JURA AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE" with charges as mentioned.
