SALE OF JURA MACHINES IN SINGAPORE
The sale of domestic JURA machines is regulated by the Singapore Consumer Protection Scheme (CPS) by Enterprise Singapore. We, RICMAS are registered with Enterprise Singapore and you might want to check our registered items » HERE «. Under "Trade Mark" type "JURA".
Enterprise Singapore has set a clear law on the usage of power-plugs for any Appliance under the CPS Scheme. Every JURA machine supplied into the Singapore market is supplied with an Enterprise Singapore approved power-plug.
We comply fully with the Singapore Consumer Protection set-out under the "Lemon Law".

OTHER CONDITIONS

DELIVERY OF JURA MACHINES SOLD TO END USERS
JURA machines are supplied ex RICMAS Facility German Centre. The customer can always collect his newly purchased machine from RICMAS Facility during our opening hours.
We do provide free delivery of JURA Machine sold to End Users to the customer's residence in Singapore only. The delivery will take place within latest 7 days after receipt of payment or an approved PO from the customer. We shall inform the customer forehand of the delivery date / time. Delivery is only during working hours of RICMAS. If a customer wishes to arrange a delivery outside our working hours, a delivery fee of SGD 100.00 shall apply.
Buyer Materials Warehouse Storage Fees of SGD 20.00 per day shall apply for client’s machine at RICMAS’s premises after 30 days of billing date.

DEMOMONSTRATION AND SET-UP OF JURA MACHINES SOLD TO ENDUSERS
Every End User purchasing a JURA machine for her/his Singapore home or office can enjoy a free set-up and demonstration right at your own place. This service is provided free of charge if it takes place within 30 days of Invoice.
However, a customer can always request for an on-site demonstartion at her/his own place, but this service will be chargeable at SGD 100.00. Alternatively, a customer can come to our Hospitality Centre for a free demonstration during our working hours.

SALE OF JURA MACHINE TO DEALERS (LOCAL AND OVERSEAS)
JURA Machines sold to Dealers are based on EX WORK RICMAS Facility German Centre. JURA machines sold to Dealers are not delivered and have to be collected by the Dealer at our Facility German Centre. The ex work terms applies for local as well as oversea's supply.
For Singapore based Dealers no machine setting shall be done but the machine is fitted with a Enterprise Singapore approved power-plug. Machines sold with Singapore Custom export permit are sold "as is", meaning we supply the machine as we receive it from the manufacturer without opening the box.
Machines sold to Dealers do not come with any Warranty. The Dealer has to perform his own Warranty which he promises to his Customers.
